This role is based at Mars Petcare's headquarters in Franklin, TN, just outside Nashville. The schedule is hybrid-flexible, with candidates needing to be close enough to come onsite 2-3 days/week as deployment activities ramp up. Mars is looking for candidates with backgrounds in Food Science, Food Technology, R D, QA, product development, laboratory work, food manufacturing, chemistry, biology, or related scientific environments who are interested in growing into systems, product data, testing/UAT, training, and process improvement work.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting R D and product data users Assisting with testing/UAT and documentation Supporting training and deployment activities Helping improve data quality and business processes Working with cross-functional teams across R D, Quality, Supply, and Digital Prior PLM experience is a plus, but not required. Mars is more focused on strong communication skills, learning agility, adaptability, and scientific/food industry knowledge. Compensation is up to $30.00/hour W2 + benefits + 401k.

Pay:

$27.00 - $30.00 per hour
