The Project:
Mace, as part of MPA delivery partner joint venture of Mace-Parsons-Arcadis, have been selected as the Gateway Development Commissions partners of choice to support the GDC across the Gateway Program in New York, inclusive of the Hudson Tunnel Project. The busiest rail connection between New York, New Jersey, and the Northeast Corridor, the Hudson Tunnel Project will improve capacity, reliability, and resiliency of commuter and intercity rail transit serving 800,000 daily passengers from Washington, D.C. to New York and New England. A milestone project supported by the bipartisan Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), the project is slated to receive nearly $12 billion in federal funding, the largest investment in a mass transit project in modern history. You'll Be Responsible For:
Configure and maintain GIS databases and BIM models to support project planning, design, and construction phases. Ensure alignment between geospatial data and BIM deliverables across all HTP packages. Support the development of digital twins and spatial analytics for infrastructure components. Collaborate with the IT Manager and Technical Support Teams to deploy and maintain modeling software and geospatial tools. Provide application support for systems such as PMIS, Kahua, and other project platforms. Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies to enhance project delivery. Participate in functional group steering committee meetings with GDC and SEP teams. Maintain and track original documents, check print files, and superseded revisions related to GIS and BIM outputs. Support document management workflows and ensure compliance with GDC's file retention policies. Ensure all modeling and configuration activities comply with federal regulations and GDC standards. Contribute to internal audits and quality control reviews of geospatial and BIM data. You'll need to have: Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geomatics, Architecture, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM modeling and GIS configuration for large infrastructure projects. Proficiency in software such as Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, and Navisworks. Familiarity with PMIS platforms and federal transportation project requirements. Strong communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams. Experience with federally funded transportation projects. Knowledge of cybersecurity protocols for infrastructure data.

The estimated starting salary for this position is $150k. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
