Summary Balfour Beatty is seeking an HCM Systems Support Analyst to join our team. This individual will provide support for all HCM software applications and integrations including configuration, trouble shooting, documentation, testing, reporting, and training. The analyst will also assist with system advancement, system utilization and end-user satisfaction. This individual will preferably be based out of our Dallas, TX office. Applicants outside of the DFW area who live near a different Balfour Beatty office may be considered as well. Essential Functions Assist in ensuring all HCM modules and integrations are configured properly and are maintained with current software updates. Perform testing ensuring proper documentation. Assist with all activities associated with new business system requirements including requirement definition, vision and scope documentation, design document development, development coordination, and status communication through project completion. Closely monitor HCM workflows, background jobs, and integrations and assist in resolving any issues. Manage Dayforce end user security. Identify training needs. Assist in the design, development, management, and facilitation of training curriculum. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality of all assigned end user documentation. Evaluate and report system advancement, utilization, and end-user satisfaction. Provide support, consultation, and research to stakeholders. Manage the customer support email box. Respond to all requests for information within four (4) business days of receipt. If request cannot be completed within four (4) business days, work with customer to determine a mutually acceptable date for report completion. Assist with daily transaction processing for human resources data management on an as needed basis. Write all documentation for work processes maintaining necessary updates. Actively participate in group status meetings and/or conference calls and respond to identified issues. Actively participate in task team meetings to fully understand end-user needs. Actively participate in vendor conferences, webcasts, and user group communities. 40% — HCM System Administration Ensure all HCM modules and integrations are properly configured and maintained with current software updates. Monitor HCM workflows, background jobs, and integrations; assist in resolving issues. Manage Dayforce end user security. Assist with daily HR data transaction processing as needed. 20% — Testing & Documentation Perform system testing and maintain proper documentation. Write and maintain documentation for work processes and system updates. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality of all assigned end user documentation. 15% — Project Support & Requirements Support activities related to new business system requirements, including requirement definition, vision/scope documentation, design development, and coordination with technical teams. Communicate project status through completion. Participate in task team meetings to understand end user needs. 10% — Training & Enablement Identify training needs and assist in the design, development, and facilitation of training curriculum. Support end users through documentation, guidance, and knowledge sharing. 10% — Stakeholder Support & Communication Provide support, consultation, and research to stakeholders. Manage the customer support email inbox. Respond to all information requests within four business days or negotiate alternate timelines. 5% — System Evaluation & Reporting Evaluate and report on system advancements, utilization, and end user satisfaction. Participate in vendor conferences, webcasts, and user group communities to stay current on system capabilities. 5% — Team Collaboration Actively participate in group status meetings and conference calls. Respond to identified issues and collaborate with team members to resolve them. Working Conditions The majority of work is completed in an office setting with intermittent sitting, standing, and walking. Periodic travel required. This is a hybrid role (three days in the office, two days from home). Education, Experience, and Knowledge Associate's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience Minimum of three (3) years of HCM support analyst experience Solid understanding of human resources, payroll, and benefit work processes, best practices, and systems Dayforce experience a plus Able to coordinate and communicate information effectively to project stakeholders and management Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment Organizational skills to work with the vast array of information gathered during elicitation and analysis and to cope with rapidly changing information Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and the employees while maintaining a constant focus on meeting/exceeding stakeholder requirements and expectations Ability to travel intermittently, up to 10% of schedule Balfour Beatty is an equal opportunity employer that recognizes the value of a diverse workforce.
