How you'll contribute The IT Support Analyst is responsible for delivering and supporting computing, desktop, and application services for end‑users across the organization. This includes telephone‑based problem diagnosis and resolution, use of remote diagnostic tools, dispatching or assisting other analysts, traveling to end‑user locations for onsite troubleshooting, and performing installations, moves, and modifications. The role also provides break/fix support for hardware, printers, and software. The Systems Analyst will have a firm understanding of the ITIL Framework and be able to operationalize its ideas in the work environment. int, work plans, and reporting by gathering data, preparing dashboards, and drafting analyses for leadership review. Monitors regulatory updates, supports due diligence reviews, and helps coordinate education and training delivery and participation tracking, all while contributing to a culture of compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Essential Functions Utilize ServiceNow application to manage problems, changes, incidents, requests, accurately and timely. Utilize ServiceNow application to periodically review and submit items to be added in the CMDB. Perform as primary and backup support resource to any mutually agreed items in the department resource and responsibility matrix. Participates in the evaluation and selection process of new software and hardware Answering the Help Desk telephone lines Responsible for providing the end-user with information related to Conemaugh Health System's standardized hardware and software products and end-user policies and procedures. PC/Printer break fix and hardware/software support. Responsible for the installation and maintenance of workstations, printers, and personal computers. Responsible for troubleshooting at the end-user location, and remote locations as necessary. Responsible for dispatching / escalating to another analyst, as necessary. Responsible for utilizing third-party technical support centers, as necessary. Responsible for the upkeep of the asset inventory as applicable. Responsible for complete documentation of any tasks/projects. Responsible for installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance (including preventative) of PC workstations, printers, and other peripherals. Performs basic network connectivity and troubleshooting as needed. Proficient with Antivirus/ Malware removal tools, etc. Responsible for setup, support, coordination, of A/V and Video Conferencing sessions. Responsible for participation in the Tech support on-call rotation. Responsible for providing the end-user with information related to Conemaugh Health System's standardized hardware and software products and end-user policies and procedures. Required Skills Three (3) years of experience in an information systems role. Understanding of network and system security including HTTPS, TLS, SSHE, RBAC, AD, and ADFS. Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management. Understanding of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity. Understanding of ITIL Foundation principles. Windows 10, Windows Server OS', Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) What we're looking for Three years of experience in an information systems role. Understanding of network and system security including HTTPS, TLS, SSHE, RBAC, AD, and ADFS. Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management. Understanding of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity. Understanding of ITIL Foundation principles. Windows 10, Windows Server OS', Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Education Required:
Associate's Degree in Computer Information Technology or related field, and/or equivalent work experience.
