Description Techno‑Functional Consultant

• Coupa / ERP Integration Our client needs the candidate to be certified in Ivalua (at least 2 certifications) Day to day: Manage business rules, approval chains, and custom configurations Support Coupa upgrades and feature enhancements Role Summary Techno‑functional consultant specializing in Coupa (Source‑to‑Pay) and ERP integration, aligning procurement processes with enterprise systems.

Expertise in delivering end‑to‑end procurement solutions, system configuration, and seamless data integration between Coupa and ERP platforms. Core Responsibilities Functional (Procurement / S2P) Gather and document business requirements across S2P lifecycle (Procure‑to‑Pay, Sourcing, Invoicing, Supplier Management) Map procurement processes to Coupa and ERP capabilities Conduct stakeholder workshops and recommend best practices Develop functional design documents and process workflows Configure Coupa modules: Procurement (Requisitions, POs, Catalogs) Invoicing and Expenses Supplier onboarding & portal ERP Integration from existing/unknown ERP application to Ivalua P2P Integration
