Job Summary Assured Cyber Solutions, Inc. is seeking an IT Project Leader to coordinate technical project activities across application, infrastructure, cybersecurity, endpoint, and enterprise technology initiatives. This position will work closely with client management, IT personnel, business users, and technical staff to ensure requirements are understood, tasks are coordinated, testing is completed, documentation is maintained, and project activities are delivered on schedule. Key Responsibilities Coordinate technical project activities across assigned teams and stakeholders. Support requirements analysis, system design, testing, implementation, and maintenance activities. Assist with project schedules, milestones, deliverables, status updates, and issue tracking. Coordinate quality assurance and user acceptance testing activities. Track project risks, dependencies, change requests, and action items. Facilitate communication between business users, technical teams, and management. Support implementation planning, transition activities, and operational handoff. Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, process artifacts, and technical records. Ensure security, compliance, and data protection considerations are included in project execution. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, cybersecurity, engineering, business, or related field preferred. 3-10+ years of experience leading or coordinating IT projects. Experience with requirements, testing, implementation, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to comply with client security and confidentiality requirements. Preferred Certifications Project+, PMP, ITIL, Security+, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent.
