Position Summary:
The Juror Information Systems Analyst will perform technical and analytical services within the Information Technology Department. This role will involve analyzing, testing, installing, documenting, and maintaining system applications that have a moderate degree of complexity. This position will develop reports, maintain databases, provide operational support, and utilize automated systems and platforms to improve efficiencies within the organization. This role will also include assisting other business units with projects, and effectively collaborating with technical and non-technical staff to enhance the member experience.
Work Location:
This position is located at Corporate Headquarters in Downtown Baltimore. Incumbent will be required to report in office for this role. Upon completion of 90 days incumbent may work hybrid schedule.
Qualifications:
Required:
Associated degree in Information Systems from an accredited College or a minimum of three (3) years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred:
Core banking system experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintaining and upgrading existing systems as required Provides first tier support to the MIS helpdesk resolving issues specific to the core processor reporting system Troubleshooting technical issues Creating system guidelines and manuals for the organization Review authorizes system access to users Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas Designing, testing, and implementing new system services. Keeping up to date with the latest developments in core systems and services. Researching emerging technologies and evaluating whether they may be beneficial for the Credit Union to implement Structuring and prioritizing business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval Create clear, concise documentation of system updates and services, project work assigned, and troubleshooting processes as requested After-hours support as needed
Competencies Required:
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills Proficient in basic computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) SQL knowledge - preferred Ability to perform multiple tasks under stressful situations with patience and tact
Compensation:
Salary Range per hour, depending on experience and qualifications $28.91 - $43.42 Benefits at

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this position, the successful candidate is regularly required to sit; use hands and fingers to handle objects, tools, keyboards or controls; talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms and stoop or kneel. Must regularly lift and/or move files and equipment up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift/move up to 25 pound objects.
