EAD Pay Rate:

70/hr. on C2C Relocation is fine.

Job Description:

Technical & Professional Skills Mainframe Architecture:

Deep understanding of IBM constructs (LPARs, SYSPLEX, CECs, regions, address spaces, WLM, batch/online processing).

Performance Datasets:

Hands-on experience analyzing raw SMF, RMF, CICS, DB2, and workload activity data.

Consumption Metrics:

Expertise in analyzing CPU, MIPS, Rolling 4-Hour Average (R4HA), peaks, and transaction volumes.

Advanced Analytics:

Highly proficient in advanced SQL and hands-on large-scale data analysis/reporting within Snowflake .

Data Synthesis:

Proven ability to integrate disparate operational data sources to build KPIs and trend-analysis models.

Domain Background:

Prior experience in Mainframe Operations, Capacity Management, Performance Engineering, or Production Support.

Business Translation:

Exceptional skills in translating complex technical data into high-level business and modernization insights.

Nice-to-Have Skills Data Visualization & Storytelling:

Experience building enterprise dashboards (e.g., Power BI, BusinessObjects) that translate complex mainframe metrics into compelling, executive-level reduction narratives.

Advanced Systems Analysis:

Strong capability in requirements gathering, data mapping, operational dependency analysis, and structured technical documentation.

Cross-Functional Alignment:

Proven ability to collaborate across infrastructure, architecture, and modernization teams to align technical data with overarching strategic objectives. -
