This role helps ensure desktops and laptops remain current, secure, compliant, and operational. Key Responsibilities Administer SCCM, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune, or related endpoint management environments. Support software distribution, patch deployment, operating system deployment, and application lifecycle management. Monitor client health, endpoint compliance, deployment status, and remediation activity. Maintain, test, and update desktop and laptop operating system images. Develop and deploy automated imaging and software packaging processes. Support antivirus and endpoint security configuration deployment. Generate endpoint compliance, patching, and deployment reports. Troubleshoot endpoint management issues and coordinate remediation. Support secure configuration baselines and vulnerability remediation priorities. Document endpoint management procedures, deployment activities, and configuration changes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. 3-10+ years of SCCM, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune, desktop engineering, endpoint management, or systems administration experience. Experience with patching, imaging, software packaging, reporting, and endpoint troubleshooting. Knowledge of Windows endpoint security, antivirus deployment, secure baselines, and configuration management. Ability to comply with client security and data protection policies. Preferred Certifications Microsoft Endpoint Administrator, Microsoft 365, Security+, ITIL, Azure, or equivalent.
