Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and hands-on NetSuite Developer to support and enhance our NetSuite ERP environment and related business systems. This role will be responsible for developing, customizing, integrating, and maintaining NetSuite solutions to support warehouse operations, distribution processes, finance, reporting, and business automation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with SuiteScript, SuiteQL, saved searches, workflows, integrations, and troubleshooting within a fast-paced operational environment. Experience supporting WMS, EDI, and warehouse/distribution operations is highly preferred. This position works closely with IT, Operations, Warehouse, Finance, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Sales teams to improve processes, optimize workflows, and deliver scalable business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop, maintain, and support NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript 2.x.  Create and maintain: o User Event Scripts o Scheduled Scripts o Map/Reduce Scripts o Suitelets o RESTlets o Workflows  Design and optimize SuiteQL queries and Saved Searches.  Support and troubleshoot NetSuite ERP issues across multiple departments.  Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and external systems such as: o WMS systems o EDI platforms o Shipping systems o Third-party APIs o Celigo or other integration platforms  Create dashboards, KPIs, custom reports, and analytics for business users.  Assist with NetSuite administration and system configuration.  Support warehouse and operational process improvements within NetSuite and WMS.  Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize existing scripts and searches.  Maintain proper documentation for customizations, workflows, and integrations.  Participate in testing, deployments, and change management processes.  Work closely with departments such as Operations, Warehouse, Customer Service, Purchasing, Finance, and Sales to analyze and optimize business processes within NetSuite and related systems.  Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and process standardization across departments.  Translate business requirements into technical solutions that improve operational workflows and user experience.  Participate in cross-functional meetings to support continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements.  Assist departments with process troubleshooting, reporting needs, and operational improvements through technology solutions.  Work closely with business users to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.  Provide support during upgrades, implementations, and new feature rollouts.
