Job Type Full-time Unionized Position Code Not Applicable Job Description The Operations & Systems Analyst is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security within assigned systems. Document workflows, processes and system configurations to support operational transparency and decision-making. Test system changes. Develop and deliver end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to maximize system utilization. Monitor vehicle inspections to ensure state/federal compliance. Education and Experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written communication and documentation abilities. Experience with workflow development, process mapping, or system testing. Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Familiarity with operational systems, databases, or enterprise software (preferred). Skills and Knowledge Excellent organizational skills, proactive and comfortable navigating both technical systems and operational processes. Prioritizes clarity, consistency and continuous improvement. Excellent Microsoft Office and Adobe skills. Familiarity with data analytics interpretation and documentation. Responsibilities Ensure Data Accuracy & Integrity Maintain high-quality data across operational systems by performing regular audits, validating inputs, and resolving discrepancies. Document Processes and Procedures Create, maintain, and update clear documentation including workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and system guides to support consistent execution across teams. Test Systems and Tools Conduct functional testing of new or updated systems, software, and operational tools. Identify issues, validate fixes, and ensure readiness prior to deployment. Develop Process Improvements Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies or gaps. Recommend and implement enhancements that improve accuracy, speed, or customer experience. Monitor Performance and Reporting Track key performance indicators, system usage, and operational metrics. Provide regular reports and escalate issues that require corrective action.
