Order Processing Specialist! 🌟 Help us keep orders moving, customers smiling, and operations running smoothly! We're looking for a detail-driven, customer-focused Order Processing Specialist who loves solving problems, staying organized, and connecting with customers and distributors.

Review order details for accuracy and enter them into our JDE ERP system. Update orders as needed and communicate changes. Answer questions on pricing, availability, and order status. Help resolve order issues, delays, and discrepancies. Education and Experience:

Requires a high school diploma. General education or college courses equivalent to an Associate's degree in Business Administration is desirable. 2-4 years of experience in customer service working directly with customers, salespeople, or distributors.
