DTMB:
The Department of Technology, Management and Budget supports the business operations of state agencies through a variety of services, including building management and maintenance, information technology, centralized contracting and procurement, budget and financial management, space planning and leasing, construction management, motor vehicle fleet operations, and oversight of the state retirement systems.
About this position:
This position is responsible for overseeing financial and data management responsibilities within SFA. This person will be the liaison for the Capital Outlay process and will serve as BOD's main representative regarding Capital Outlay and financial measures. This person will review and analyze financial and facility-related information including inventory and procurement activity, work order data, and asset management records to report to management. This position will collect, collate, and disseminate data to prepare and report division metrics.

Position Location:
This position is located in Lansing, MI. This position may work a hybrid (remote/office) schedule with 2 days required in the office per week. Selected candidates who have been approved to work a hybrid schedule must complete that work within Michigan. Candidates should confirm work location and schedule at the time of interview. Required Education and Experience Education for Departmental Analyst 9-12 Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major. Experience for Departmental Analyst 9-12 Departmental Analyst 9 No specific type or amount is required. Departmental Analyst 10 One year of professional experience. Departmental Analyst P11 Two years of professional experience, including one year of experience equivalent to the intermediate (10) level in state service. Departmental Analyst 12 Three years of professional experience, including one year of experience equivalent to the experienced (P11) level in state service.
