The Advanced Mission Analysis Section's goals are to provide strong discipline-based Systems Engineering for Operational and Mission Analysis, System Architectural definition, and Advanced sensor performance to deliver overmatch capabilities for our multi-domain national defense customers through modeling, simulation, and analysis. Anticipate:

Develop modeling and analyze solutions across programs, Captures and IRADs Support Operations Research functions, including mission and campaign analysis. Develop team expertise in Analysis methods, software development, and tools Coordinate with Principal Investigators, IPTs, Program Chief Engineer, and Program Management as needed. Develop capability delivery plans and lead team execution in an agile framework You will provide guidance, direction, mentoring and influencing skills, and foster teamwork, interdependent execution, and growth for earlier in career Engineers. Some travel may be required

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience. Experience working in Linux Environments. Experience using standard government developed tools including Advanced Framework for Simulation Integration Modeling (AFSIM), Suppressor, Brawler, and similar. Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Value:

Understanding of military tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) Domain knowledge in Sensors (RADARS, EOIR, etc.), Network Communications, Weapons/Effects (Missiles, Projectiles), Command & Control, and Resource Management is highly desirable.
