About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Project Analyst to join our team in Sacramento. The Project Analyst will be responsible for project analysis, coordination, and management, with a focus on creating requirements and quality analysis for complex projects in a financial institution setting.

Job Title:

Project Analyst Key Responsibilities Conduct project analysis, coordination, and management Create requirements and quality analysis for projects Support complex projects end-to-end Utilize knowledge of financial products and services Implement business analytical practices and methodologies Collaborate with PMO leadership and Executive leadership Evaluate key business objectives and develop action plans Use logical reasoning for observations and recommendations Participate in contract negotiation Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science Minimum eight years of experience in project analysis and management Experience supporting complex projects in a financial institution Desired Qualifications Advanced Degree in Business Administration or related area Knowledge of financial products and services delivery channels Strong research, analytical, planning, and organizational skills Customer-focused attitude and proactive work ethic

Location:

Sacramento, CA (Hybrid)

Salary Range:

The salary for this position is between $100,000 - $105,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
