at GovCIO in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description United States Suitability/Public Trust Fully remote Information Technology Overview GovCIO is currently hiring for a Project Analyst who will serve as a strategic liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior VA leadership in support of the VistA Coordination and Rationalization and Decommissioning Analysis Teams. This position blends business analysis, program coordination, and strategic support. The analyst will organize and track complex initiatives, facilitate stakeholder collaboration, and ensure visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies. The role requires strong analytical thinking, structured communication, and the ability to operate effectively across both technical and executive environments. This position will be a fully remote within the United States with core hours of operation from Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5PM ET, with occasional (5-15%) travel required. Responsibilities The Project Analyst is responsible for the following core activities: + Organize, facilitate, and document meetings, including developing agendas, capturing decisions, tracking action items, and maintaining follow-ups + Serve as the primary coordinator for workstream execution, including tracking progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies across initiatives + Maintain and manage workstreams within Jira, ensuring accurate tracking, organization, and reporting of activities + Collect, review, and manage artifacts and deliverables to ensure completeness, quality, and alignment with program objectives + Support the development and refinement of strategies by identifying gaps, synthesizing information, and helping formulate actionable solutions + Coordinate and align cross-functional stakeholders across multiple VistA-related workstreams, ensuring collaboration and reducing duplication of effort + Conduct research and analysis on systems, technologies, government contracts, and architecture to inform decision-making + Identify patterns, overlaps, and inefficiencies across initiatives and recommend opportunities for consolidation or improvement + Liaise with technical SMEs to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership + Draft and develop executive-level materials, including presentations, briefing papers, and status reports + Provide technical writing and editorial support, including reviewing and refining documentation for clarity and consistency + Draft, ghostwrit To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
