Job Description nsight Global is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support the build of a brand-new claims tracking system within Salesforce Health Cloud and Data Cloud. You will partner closely with Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring business needs are translated into clear, actionable technical specifications. On a daily basis, you will work within an Agile environment to define user stories, support backlog refinement, and map end-to-end workflows related to claims intake, tracking, and status visibility. You will collaborate heavily across cross-functional teams to define integrations, data mappings, and system dependencies between Salesforce and upstream/downstream platforms. This role requires strong participation in working sessions and Agile ceremonies, where you will help identify gaps, clarify requirements, and support delivery in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will also support testing efforts, validate business functionality, and ensure the solution delivers a seamless, user-centric claims tracking experience. Skills and Requirements Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum or SAFe environment Experience supporting Salesforce implementations, preferably Health Cloud or Service Cloud Strong experience gathering requirements and translating them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows Experience working on claims, healthcare, or payer-related systems (claims lifecycle, case management, or similar) Ability to support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and collaboration with Product Owners and development teams Experience mapping workflows, integrations, and data flows across systems (APIs, case management, CRM platforms) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across leadership, BAs, and engineering teams Ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and meeting-heavy environment Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity in a greenfield (new build) environment
