Job Description:
We are seeking a senior SAP WM specialist who operates at a solution architect level while remaining highly hands-on in configuration and execution. This role is focused exclusively on SAP Warehouse Management (WM), owning end-to-end solutions from design through optimization. You will collaborate closely with warehouse operations teams to translate real-world processes into scalable SAP WM solutions. The ideal candidate is experienced in high-volume distribution environments and can independently troubleshoot and improve complex warehouse workflows. Required Skills & Experience
  • 10-15+ years of deep SAP WM experience with primary focus on WM (not hybrid roles)
  • Proven experience as a WM Solution Architect or Lead with end-to-end ownership
  • Strong hands-on SAP WM configuration across picking, putaway, replenishment, and inventory processes
  • Expertise in RF-enabled warehouse execution and warehouse structure design
  • Experience in high-volume warehouse or distribution environments
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues independently
  • Strong collaboration with warehouse operations teams (beyond IT stakeholders)
  • Experience with WM integrations (EDI, IDocs, external WMS/3PL systems) Compensation $130,000 - $160,000 Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
