Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, and system needs Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and vendors to design scalable system solutions Support system configuration, enhancements, and integrations across enterprise platforms Develop and execute test scenarios, support user acceptance testing, and assist with deployment activities What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process analysis Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Flow Builder, Process Automation, Object Model design) Foundational knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce development patterns Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions What's in it for me?
