SAP Configuration Analyst/BA

Position overview Seeking an individual to backfill a critical role supporting major enterprise initiatives, including an ERP modernization to SAP S/4HANA and multiple customer-experience-focused enhancements. This role plays a key part in enabling scalable, efficient finance and sales processes as our client continues to grow. This is a hybrid role with a strong preference for candidates who can work onsite 2-3 days per week in Milpitas, CA; Cranberry Township, PA; or St. Petersburg, FL. Flexibility may be considered for highly qualified candidates. Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, design, and hands-on configuration of SAP SD solutions across ECC and S/4HANA environments
• Support large-scale initiatives including SAP ERP upgrades, SAP S/4HANA adoption, and related finance and revenue processes
• Partner closely with Finance, Sales, and internal stakeholders to improve customer experience through initiatives such as invoice consolidation, improved customer visibility, and process enhancements
• Facilitate business workshops, process design sessions, and solution blueprinting
• Produce functional design documents, gap analyses, configuration documentation, and user guides
• Perform unit and integration testing and support deployments
• Provide functional expertise for SAP integrations with non-SAP systems using IDOCs, ALE, and related technologies
• Recommend improvements aligned with SAP best practices and long-term systems architecture

• Strong end-to-end knowledge of order-to-cash, billing, revenue recognition, and SD-Finance integration
• Proven ability to lead requirements discussions and translate business needs into SAP solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree required
