Architect Alpharetta GA (Hybrid) Long Term Contract

SAP RISE

Architect is responsible for designing, planning, and leading the transformation of traditional SAP landscapes into the RISE with SAP model. This includes S/4HANA migrations, cloud architecture design, and integration strategy across hyperscale s. The role combines SAP Basis, infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise architecture expertise to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing SAP environments. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end architecture for RISE with SAP engagements, including system conversion, new implementations, and landscape transformations Design

SAP S/4HANA

architecture on cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform Define target architecture covering SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), integrations, and extensions Drive SAP landscape transformation strategies (Brownfield, Greenfield, Hybrid) Collaborate with functional, technical, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment with business goals Provide expertise in SAP system sizing, scalability, performance optimization, and high availability Oversee migration planning, execution, and post-migration stabilization Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, including CIOs, business leaders, and project teams Required Skills & Experience 12 18+ years of SAP experience with strong background in SAP Basis, architecture, and cloud Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and at least one full-cycle implementation or conversion Proven experience with RISE with SAP offerings and managed cloud environments Strong understanding of SAP landscape design, including multi-tier and hybrid architectures Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and infrastructure-as-aservice models Knowledge of SAP BTP, integration frameworks, and APIs Familiarity with SAP tools such as SUM, DMO, and migration cockpit Strong understanding of disaster recovery, high availability, and system security Preferred Qualifications SAP certifications in S/4HANA, cloud, or architecture domains Experience with SAP Activate methodology Exposure to DevOps practices and automation in SAP environments Experience working in global, multi-region SAP deployments
