The Opportunity As a Lead SAP Technology Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex digital transformations, defining technical strategy, and delivering high-impact SAP solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as Tenthpin's global SAP technology SME, reporting to the Global Technology Community Lead and helping drive strategy and growth. Lead SAP Architecture and solution design, aligning with client goals and industry best practices. Advise on greenfield, bluefield, and brownfield transformation strategies. Guide clients through ECC to

transition journeys, ensuring scalable and future-ready architectures. Lead technology discussions in proposals, workshops, and client presentations. Contribute to thought leadership by staying at the forefront of SAP trends and shaping internal methodologies. Act as Application Owner of Tenthpin's internal SAP test, development, and demonstration systems—supporting consultants in modelling new technology advancements that benefit Life Sciences clients. Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence. Your Experience You're a strategic SAP technology leader with a passion for innovation, a deep understanding of SAP's evolving landscape, and a strong track record of success in large-scale projects.

You bring:

Extensive experience in SAP architecture, technology strategy, and full lifecycle implementations. Deep knowledge of

S/4HANA, SAP

BTP, and modern transformation methodologies. Proven leadership in large-scale SAP programs—ideally within Life Sciences. Strong understanding of SAP's technology roadmap and ecosystem. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—comfortable influencing both technical and business leaders.
