Lead the coordination for testing at the site, ensuring all BPEs are trained and available for testing windows. Perform system simulations to validate "Feature Asks" from the business before they move into the formal build phase Coordinate the site-level "Go-Live" checklist for digital releases, ensuring training, documentation, and SOP updates are completed prior to deployment. Orchestrate site-wide communications regarding new digital solutions or system downtime, ensuring BPEs are equipped to shepherd their respective teams through changes. Manage a centralized dashboard for ongoing system issues; analyze trends to identify when a technical "bug" actually requires a "Business Process Redesign."
