Job Description

AED is seeking an SES Entry Support professional to manage and process SAP transactions, maintain accurate records, and support project and procurement teams. The ideal candidate has knowledge of SAP, strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure accurate service entry and purchase order closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and process SAP transactions, including goods receipts, goods issues, stock transfers, inventory adjustments, MRO and spare parts requisitions, GR/IR, and basic purchase order updates. Create and maintain master-data records as authorized: material masters, vendor records, storage locations, and basic BOM/component updates per change control. Record and track vendor deliveries, packing slips, and inspection results; match inbound documentation and resolve discrepancies with procurement and warehouse. Support work order and maintenance transaction entry with Facilities/Maintenance teams (maintenance notifications, orders, confirmations, time/material postings). Maintain and update access/badge-related records in SAP or integrated systems when required (e.g., contractor records, training/compliance flags). Reconcile inventory counts, perform cycle count adjustments, and support month-end stock reconciliations. Run standard SAP reports and KPIs (stock levels, open POs, GR/IR aging) and distribute to stakeholders; escalate exceptions. Follow site-specific procedures for lot/batch tracking, traceability, serialization, and hazardous materials labeling in SAP. Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, quality, and IT to resolve master-data or transactional issues; raise tickets for system defects. Adhere to change-control, data governance, EHS, and cleanroom access protocols when collecting or verifying physical data on the plant floor. Support process improvement and documentation of SAP entry SOPs and job aids.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of SAP and basic project/maintenance transaction processes. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work closely with Project Team Leaders, Construction Managers, and Procurement to ensure accurate service entry and PO closure. Ability to follow change-control, data governance, and EHS protocols.
Salary:
