is seeking a System Testing Analyst II-Mainframe for a hybrid opportunity in Columbia, SC. Candidate will support enterprise-wide quality assurance and systems validation efforts for large-scale business and technology initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and executing testing strategies, coordinating cross-functional testing activities, and ensuring systems meet operational and business requirements prior to implementation. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies. 5+ years of experience in Information Technology with a focus on quality assurance and systems testing Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, and testing matrices Strong hands-on experience with manual testing methodologies and QA processes Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience combinations will be considered Experience working within enterprise application and systems environments Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and documentation tools Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams Preferred Skills/Experience of the

System Testing Analyst II- Mainframe:

Experience with green screen/mainframe environments Familiarity with Quality Center, SharePoint, or similar QA tools Exposure to test automation platforms and testing lifecycle tools Experience supporting systems migration and validation initiatives Understanding of application troubleshooting and environmental support processes Responsibilities of the

System Testing Analyst II- Mainframe:

Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive testing plans, test cases, and validation documentation Coordinate testing efforts between business stakeholders and technical teams across multiple initiatives Analyze test results, document findings, and track QA metrics and outcomes Participate in project planning and design discussions to ensure testing standards are incorporated throughout the project lifecycle Support systems migration activities, validation efforts, and issue resolution processes Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members while supporting process improvement initiatives

Work Location:

Hybrid work environment in Columbia, SC with onsite presence required Tuesday through Thursday and additional onsite days as needed. Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional after-hours, weekend support, on-call responsibilities, and local travel may be required based on business needs.
