Systems Analyst Salary:

$75,000 - $95,000 (dependent on skill set and knowledge).

Rogers is recruiting a Systems Analyst for a fast-growing leader in the transportation and third-party logistics industry. This role is vital for creating, testing, and implementing system solutions across multiple platforms to support new business initiatives and enhance existing applications. The Technology Environment While experience with these specific platforms is not required, the successful candidate will demonstrate the aptitude to master systems such as: WMS (Warehouse Management): Extensiv TMS (Transportation Management): SoftPoint & Trinium YMS (Yard Management): ExoTrac The Role This position operates within a warehouse operations environment and involves handling day-to-day production issues as well as designing and mapping reports, files, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

System Development:

Develop a deep understanding of IT systems, including warehouse, yard, and transportation management solutions.

Troubleshooting:

Solve complex issues and provide clear resolution paths for incoming requests from internal and external customers.

File Mapping:

Perform file mappings across all formats based on customer specifications and configure appropriate system settings.

Integration & Documentation:

Document all workflows, processes, and system changes for future training and reference.

Qualifications Experience:

2-3+ years of related experience supporting systems and business processes is preferred.

Technical Knowledge:

Familiarity with client/server architectures, application administration, or the software development life cycle (SDLC).

Aptitude:

Most importantly, a proven ability and desire to learn new technology quickly and work within complex systems.

Communication:

Strong written and verbal communication skills to interface with Operations, Finance, and external clients.

Schedule & Travel On-Call:

This role includes a rotating on-call component requiring work outside of normal business hours, including some weekends.

Travel:

Some travel may be required for training, implementations, and system rollouts.

Compensation / Pay

Rate (Up to): $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 Per Year
