The Systems Analyst will serve as a bridge between business users, developers, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity personnel, and project leadership. Key Responsibilities Analyze existing and proposed systems, applications, workflows, and business processes. Gather, document, and validate user, business, functional, and technical requirements. Develop process flows, functional requirements, test cases, and system documentation. Coordinate with developers, infrastructure teams, end users, and project managers. Support software releases, migrations, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Identify process gaps, technical risks, and improvement opportunities. Support data analysis, reporting needs, and system performance reviews. Help document security, access control, audit logging, data protection, and compliance requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, business analysis, cybersecurity, or related field preferred. 3-10+ years of systems analysis, business analysis, or technical requirements experience. Experience documenting business processes, requirements, workflows, and system changes. Experience supporting testing, issue tracking, user engagement, and implementation activities. Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills. Ability to comply with client security and data protection requirements. Preferred Certifications Security+, ITIL, CBAP, Agile/Scrum, Microsoft certification, or equivalent.
