Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree in a technical field Foundational SQL programming and database management expertise Experience with middleware solutions and API integrations Understanding of enterprise system testing methodologies Higher education experience spanning multiple functional areas (recruitment, admissions, student success)

Job Description:

The Systems Integrations Administrator I supports the configuration, testing, and deployment of enhancements to the integrated enrollment technology environment through stakeholder coordination, quality assurance testing, and documentation. The position assists in identifying business and system inefficiencies, contributes to solution development, and helps maintain processes, standards, and documentation for effective platform operations. This is a remote position with periodic on-site requirements based on business needs.

Job Duties:

Support the configuration and maintenance of Slate CRM and its integrations with Banner SIS and middleware to assist recruitment, admissions, and student success operations Assist in identifying and resolving data integrity issues, contributing to corrective measures and preventive controls Support the configuration and testing of CRM, SIS, project management, and related platforms under the direction of senior staff Provide functional support to help maintain data flow and integrity between Slate and Banner SIS Build and maintain Slate queries, reports, and dashboards to support enrollment management and operational decisions Contribute to the development of training materials, user guides, and technical documentation for Slate functionality Assist in evaluating potential consequences of system changes and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies Additional Information to
