Job Description
We are seeking a detailed-oriented Operations Specialist to oversee the heartbeat of our intake process. In this role, you will monitor and manage our fraud and claims inquiry queues, ensuring cases are accurately tracked, assigned, and resolved within strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Utilizing Salesforce as your primary engine, you will manage case workflows, maintain data integrity, and keep our operations moving smoothly. If you are a proactive problem-solver who excels at turning high-volume data into seamless operational workflows, we want you on our team.
