Job Description :

Summary Responsible for the analysis, design, delivery, and maintenance of process automation across the enterprise. Works with internal clients to capture "as-is" processes and map "to-be" processes. Brings business process knowledge to ensure processes are reengineered and made ready for automation. Supports the development, testing, and deployment of automated solutions. The Business Process Automation Analyst will also be called upon to assist with managing the Virtual Workforce of robots and automation, including acting as a team leader for the robots, and reporting as required on the performance, throughput, and accuracy of the robots which have been built.

Essential Functions Robotic Workforce Management:

Ensureoversight and up-time of the Ryder robotic workforce, ensuringappropriate reportingon daily results is complete andaccurate. Initial first level support and triage of issues with robots in production

Requirement Gathering:

Conducts and documents automation feasibility analysis. Produces keystroke level process maps and designs /buildsautomation in one or more tools. Understand the steps in the process and any complications or dependencies. Present summaries of findings to leaders, technology partners, and client, walking them through "to-be" designs of automated processes

Requirement Delivery:

Work closely withinternalteam to ensure requirements are accurately mapped and suitable for development. Track progress daily or weekly asappropriate, provide updates for sprint reviews and in-progress demonstrations to SME's and leadership

Opportunity Discovery:

Work with Automation Center of Excellence (COE) management toidentify, document, and prioritize automation opportunities. Work with SMEs to understand end to end processes,identifyingautomation blockers and suitability of the process for automation Stay up to date on automation tools, best practices, and process improvement across multiple industries and technical tools. Contribute to discussion on additions or changes to Ryder'stool-kit, structure, and COE role Performs other duties as assigned Skills and Abilities Demonstrates analytical skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to create andmaintainprofessional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors) Ability to work independently and as a member of a team Flexibility tooperateand self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills Detailed oriented with excellent follow-up practices Ability to work closely with product, architecture, and project teams (preferred) Comfortable working in ambiguous or unclear situations (preferred) Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
