Systems Analyst

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of digital platforms and applications. This role will work closely with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver scalable, high-quality digital solutions and enhance customer experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and technical skills, along with experience supporting enterprise-level applications in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Squad Leads, Scrum Masters, Developers, Quality Assurance teams, Architects, and business partners to design, build, test, and deliver digital platform features and enhancements. Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to backlog refinement, project planning, and solution discussions. Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements for projects and initiatives. Research and evaluate existing systems, workflows, and business processes to recommend scalable and maintainable solutions. Create and maintain supporting documentation, including user requirements, process flows, and system workflows. Communicate technical concepts and project requirements effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Support Quality Assurance and business teams throughout testing phases, including defect triage and issue resolution in production and non-production environments. Collaborate with development teams to support application deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities. Provide guidance, mentoring, and best practice recommendations to other Systems Analysts within the organization. Work across multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality standards. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support evolving business and technology needs. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, preferably supporting financial services or enterprise applications. Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies and Scrum practices. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, deploy, and support enterprise applications and digital platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work through complex and ambiguous situations. Experience documenting business requirements, system requirements, workflows, and process diagrams. Ability to support software development lifecycle activities including analysis, design, testing, implementation, and issue resolution. Experience working with web and mobile application technologies and architectures. Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with web application development technologies such as Spring MVC, Spring Core, XML, and CSS. Strong SQL skills and experience with database query tools. Experience with Java and Confluence. Working knowledge of QA automation processes and tools. Experience supporting internet, mobile, and application architecture initiatives.
