Fulfillment Resolution Specialist:

Record, monitor, and communicate shipping variance and error report claims Investigate claims by inspecting warehouse inventory, documenting findings, and identifying root causes Process free-of-charge replacement orders in SAP and coordinate with call centers as needed Handle returns and credits related to damaged goods, shortages, invoicing errors, and incorrect shipments Expedite urgent customer requests and support timely order delivery Respond to time-sensitive inquiries from dealers, sales representatives, and retail customers Manage multiple case queues while maintaining accuracy and organization Support department operations through cross-training and assisting team members during peak periods Adapt to evolving business processes and complete additional tasks as needed MAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicants.
