The qualified intern/Co-op should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions: Support onsite supplier logistics production to ensure the supplier's lineside delivery performance in series. Use efficient problem-solving processes to maintain performance. Support supplier requalification by assisting with project management tasks including KPI reporting, status reports, 8D, and FMEA. Analyze data from 8D and FMEA to develop concrete solutions for wrong delivery prevention. Assist in the development of i-Learn classes and track training completion for the LQS competency concept. Conduct KPI reporting by processing data in SAP, SQL, and Power BI, including running weekly and daily reports, data mining, and creating/maintaining visualization tools. Support supplier communication development. Maintain the electronic team board as a key user.Rack Cleanliness Project:
Audit rack cleanliness weekly through GEMBA walks in Hall 50 and Hall 52; document non-conformance for supplier charging.Zero Defect Supply Chain Project:
Support project management tasks including KPI reporting, status reports, 8D, and FMEA. Standardize daily LQS activities related to supplier communication of issues, LOP management, and system updates.Qualifications:
Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Strong interpersonal and technical skills. Experience with Power BI, SQL, Data Lake, or similar tools is a bonus. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (experience with VLOOKUP, Macros, etc. preferred). Detail-oriented and organized. Effective communication skills. Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major). Enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States. Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application. Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week). Transfer students must have a GPA from their current university.MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT.
