Personal & Commercial Banking Job Description:
The department supports ACH PEP+ progression and regression testing on behalf of the line of business. The Solutions Analyst IV will act as a lead; leading project delivery, ensuring testing deliverables are met, acting as delegate for meetings, and make decisions on behalf of team.

EST Depth & Scope:
Manages and administers systems business functions to ensure continuous and uninterrupted system availability Coordinates with internal and external resources needed to successfully complete projects and deliver solutions that address business needs Works with Business Line, Risk, and Operational partners to execute, facilitate or oversee business line activities required for Solutions including planning, business requirements, and vendor relationship management Provides subject matter expertise and leadership, acting as a specialist resource for systems, processes, and troubleshooting knowledge for Line, Risk, and Operational partners Maintains and administers systems business functions to ensure continuous and uninterrupted system availability May supervise/manage staff as assigned Participates in enterprise solution design, development, and documents standards that apply for business applications Creates design for Solutions requirements Maps business and functional requirements to business process, workflow and organization Develops implementation plans for specific components of the Solutions strategy Manages large projects, including task and responsibility delegation; in support of Solutions initiatives Coaches and trains less experienced staff
Preferred Qualifications:
PEP+ business testing and/or ACH Operational experience preferred Knowledge of testing phases and responsibilities (PDLC, Agile, progression testing, regression testing) Business Application and Core System testing and support experience Understanding of High-Level Requirements, Detail-Level Requirements, traceability, and documentation of business requirements Experience and knowledge of writing system test plans, test scripts, execution of test scripts, and documentation of results Ability to lead from any seat and build relationships with technology and our lines of business Strong collaboration with the ability to take ownership of self-driven learning and upskilling Highly proactive approach Can work independently minimal guidance and collaboratively with business partners Meeting facilitation and follow up Independent decision making JTMF or Jira experience preferred Mainframe/database experience preferred Confluence experience preferred Sharepoint or excel experience preferred Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) Certification preferred
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 10+ Years of related experience Expert knowledge of business line, business model, operations Proven communication skills Proven problem-solving skills along with good decision making skills Demonstrated follow up skills and the ability to manage competing priorities according to business need Proven ability to handle large projects, including task and responsibility delegation Progressively responsible experience in large scale corporate systems analysis Proven ability to successfully plan, develop, lead and execute projects Demonstrated ability to take a lead role in developing staff and department capabilities Ability to independently translate user requirements into technical specifications Expert process improvement skills Expert technical knowledge and the ability to apply it to various system issues and training situations Ability to coach and train less experienced staff and facilitate knowledge transfer Proven ability to troubleshoot research and correct the majority of system malfunctions Proven time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks
