JOB TITLE
Information Syst Analyst
II SUMMARY
Responsible for information management needs assessment and project management for assigned corporate divisions. This includes the responsibility for the design, development, and deployment of systems within an enterprise database management framework to efficiently capture, analyze, and distribute data through a large wide area network.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

N/A Experience:
Experience in database programming and responsibility with an enterprise database management system preferred.
Knowledge/Skills:
Skilled in use of all major computer applications. Knowledgeable in hardware/software design and functions. Verbal/written communication skills.
EQUIPMENT
Computer, fax, copier and any other equipment required to perform the functions of the position.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
: 1. Develop reports using company approved reporting tools (SSRS, Excel, Power BI, etc. 2. Development of data extract to be used for internal or external reporting. 3. Level 2 support for company software systems in use (Office, Windows, Electronic Health Record Software "EHR", etc.) 4. Assist in Maintaining and configuration of end user software systems using entry level tools or applications. 5. Testing of EHR patches and functionality 6. Attend and participate in regularly scheduled staff meetings and in-services and individual program planning staffings as needed. 7. All other duties as assigned.
