Job Description

We are seeking a privacy professional to step into our clients Global Privacy Team and support daily operational tasks. The Director of Privacy will oversee and assign work.
Requirements:
At least 1 year working in privacy. Experience with OneTrust Privacy Rights Automation. Willingness to adjust schedule to accommodate calls outside of normal working hours. Must be comfortable multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Must maintain composure under pressure and have a high degree of perseverance. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Detail oriented with proven strategies to QC work before submission. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be driven, organized and have excellent time management skills. Technical background or proficiency with technical topics. Nice to
Have:
Experience with TrustArc Knowledge of privacy laws outside of the US. Client operates in South America, North America, UK, and Asia. Experience with OneTrust Cookie Consent module and creating scripts. Comfortable reading and translating contract language regarding privacy requirements.
salary:
$32 - $35 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4

BachelorsResponsibilities Support timely response to Data Subject Requests through OneTrust Privacy Rights Automation and perform searches. Update OneTrust Privacy Rights Automation workflows, templates, webform and reports. Support daily privacy functions like Records of Processing Activities, Privacy Impact Assessments, Cookie Compliance, and Privacy Research. Update documentation and playbooks as needed.

Partner with technical teams to increase automation of routine processes. Support team in responding to privacy requests from customers, vendors and clients. Provide timely and accurate responses to customers and internal queries related to privacy and data protection. Communicate with customers regarding privacy concerns. Coordinate the review of customer privacy emails and triage appropriately. Support other privacy projects that arise. Update records across different enterprise SaaS tools to maintain accurate privacy findings.
