About the Role We are seeking a visionary

SAP PPDS

Solution Architect to lead the design and execution of our complex supply chain planning systems. In this onsite leadership role, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy, driving innovation for high-scale environments.

Client Location:

It will be Nashville, TN for the majority, but likely a short trip or two to either Bath NY or Green Bay.

Key Responsibilities Lead Architecture:

Drive the end-to-end blueprinting, design, and deployment of complex PPDS solutions.

Onsite Leadership:

Own the solution delivery onsite, guiding technical teams and aligning with business vision.

Stakeholder Mastery:

Manage expectations, influence decisions, and build strong relationships with executive customer stakeholders.

Optimization Strategy:

Architect advanced scheduling models and fine-tune system performance using optimizers.

Required Skills & Experience Core Experience:

12 to 15 years of dedicated supply chain planning experience.

Proven Track Record:

2 to 3 successfully completed end-to-end (E2E)

SAP PPDS

implementations.

Optimizer Expertise:

Deep, hands-on experience with production scheduling algorithms and complex optimization tools.

Soft Skills:

Flawless communication and exceptional client-facing stakeholder management skills. Nice-to-Have (Major Pluses)

Advanced Optimization:

Hands-on experience with third-party solvers, specifically Gurobi .

Modern Ecosystems:

Exposure to or integration experience within the SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) landscape. ????
