Responsibilities:

Assists the Project Manager in achieving project deadlines and milestones Communicates with the entire project team to facilitate project goals and initiatives Identifies procurement needs and mitigates risks such as lead times and part availability Creates new part numbers and symbols for use in designs and maintains the Bill of Materials (BOM) for products in NI's PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)

Requirements:

Exhibits initiative & persistence to ovee obstacles to meet project goals Works well in a team environment Follows existing processes and identifies and escalates any process deficiencies Stronganizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while adhering to respective deadlines Capable of learning and retaining technical information (required for part creation and BOM management) Ability to coordinate and work across groups/departments Thoroughpetence with Microsoft Office suite High School diploma (or GED equivalent) Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting engineering groups in a corporate environment Experience using Agile and Oracle This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch. Pay Details:
