Requirements 8 or more years of experience in Oracle PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 application support. Proficiency in PeopleTools including Application Designer and Integration Broker. Experience in

SQR, SQL, BI

Publisher, and SAP Business Objects for report development. Experience with PeopleSoft Update Manager, Change Assistant, Fluid UI, and Elasticsearch. Experience in Approval Workflow Engine, Page and Field Configurator, and Page Composer. Experience with

accessibility standards, FMLA compliance, and NIST frameworks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities Design and implement functional configuration changes for enterprise HR and recruitment modules. Develop functional design documents and technical specifications for system enhancements. Configure and maintain web services and

REST/SOAP

integrations via Integration Broker. Troubleshoot complex Level 2 support tickets and resolve production performance issues. Manage fiscal year-end processing, disaster recovery exercises, and system upgrade testing. Administer multi-tenant security structures and row-level data access controls.
