Join Our Team at Parrish & Company! Parrish & Company is looking for a motivated and tech-savvy AI / IT Special Projects College Intern to join our growing team in Bulverde, TX. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about technology, artificial intelligence, project coordination, and innovation. In this role, you'll assist with exciting AI and IT initiatives that help improve business operations, support technology adoption, and drive process improvements across the company.
What You'll Do:
Assist with planning and coordinating AI and IT special projects Help evaluate and implement AI tools, automation workflows, and technology solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership Create training materials, user guides, and project documentation Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables Support change management and user adoption efforts Research emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions
What We're Looking For:
Current college student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field Strong organizational and communication skills Interest in AI tools, automation, and technology implementation Comfortable learning new software and systems quickly Experience with project coordination tools such as Asana is a plus Familiarity with AI platforms like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar tools is preferred
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of AI/ML concepts or prompt engineering Experience with ERP, CRM, or HRIS systems is a plus Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Why Join Parrish & Company?
