job summary: Join our team at the Crusoe Goodnight Power Plant Project, a major 700MW EPC energy initiative located in Claude, TX (outside Amarillo). As a Field Project Controls Analyst, you will play a vital role in leading project scheduling, critical path analysis, and earned value reporting directly at the project site. This is a Phase 1 contract role with strong potential for extension, offering a $175/day per diem and $1,000 mob/demob allowance for eligible candidates living over 50 miles away. To qualify, you must possess a deep understanding of EPC work processes and have either a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering or Construction Management) with 3+ years of relevant experience, or 6+ years of experience without a degree. Mastery of Primavera P6 is absolutely essential, alongside a strong grasp of Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis and Earned Value Management (EVM). You must also demonstrate proven skills in Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development and risk forecasting to successfully identify and mitigate potential project delays.
