Provides excellent customer service to the clients and internal staff while demonstrating a sense of urgency and expert knowledge. Conducts training of new hires and current staff to ensure that staff are educated on HCHB navigation and workflow assigned to each responsible position. Develops resources (manuals, job aids, helpful tools) for the service lines as it relates to HCHB and Forcura. Oversees the administration, configuration, integration, and maintenance of critical 3rd-party client-facing business applications and interfaces. Assists in selection and implementation of new applications as well as upgrades, patches, and new releases to existing applications. Develops project plans and monitors the tracking/reporting status of assigned projects/tasks, issues, and risks. Participates in strategic level discussions to identify opportunities for the organization to leverage technology for improved accuracy and efficiency. What is Required? Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or other relevant field or 8+ years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree. 3+ years experience in Home Health or Hospice 3+ years experience with HomeCare HomeBase Prior experience in implementing business process reviews Experience mapping current and desired processes in detail, showing various process steps and who is performing each step You will report to the Vice President of Quality and Configuration.
