JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities for Application & Technical Support Roles may include the following•Scripting/Automation Development, testing and monitoring of intergraded RPA Solutions; utilizing automation/scripting tools such as: SQL, Cache Terminal Scripting, Visual Basic, WINSCP, SFTP Scripting, Reflection, Windows Task Scheduler, and PowerShell. Interpret HL7 format and create the appropriate mapping of the HL7 data feed into athenaIDX, to accurately interface patient demographic needed for billing. Assist testing and monitoring automation solutions using athenaIDX ETM Agent automation. Testing and monitoring interface (HCO, SIU, & API) connections. Develop and Test Intergraded Letter & Statements Development, testing and monitoring of intergraded letters for billing ; utilizing automation/scripting tools such as: SQL, Cache Terminal Scripting, Visual Basic, Develop and Test TES application in athenaIDX Design, Build and Test TES Edits Build TES Edit Groups and Workfiles, Assign TES Edits Test Edits in Test Environment Create TES Edits in Live Environment Develop and Test BAR application in athenaIDX Create, Test and implement Claim Edits and holds Create, Test and implement Claim logic Create, Test and implement Statement holds and logic Creation and Development of 835 files/ exchanges Troubleshoot and open cases with our software vendor, Athena, for missing remit files. Maintain and work with both Colab and X12 remit files. Assist in creation, testing and implementing exchanges. Routine Maintenance of RCS Systems Write and execute DBMS and SQL queries; produce reports from queries and analyze data. Develop and maintain patient statements, dunning tables, and associated processes. Develop PCX uploads and reports. Log and monitor internal and external cases with vendors (Athena, Optum, KAV)
Various Dictionary Maintenance and Uploads Special Projects:
Manage projects for medium scale support and implementation projects in support AthenaIDX. Ensure good communication between RCS systems and business users with regards to application support. Assist with user acceptance testing during upgrades, patches, etc. Any other duties deemed necessary by management.
Pay Range:
63,275.00•93,663.00 USD annually This range represents the anticipated base salary for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
