Interview Process:
2 rounds Ideal Candidate A Senior Systems Analyst with a Developer or QA background , strong SQL and API expertise, experience analyzing complex systems and data flows, writing requirements/user stories, and working on financial services or payment/card platforms in Agile environments. What the Client is Looking For Top Must-Have Technical Skills SQL
  • Strong ability to query data, analyze issues, and investigate production/system behavior. API Knowledge
  • Understanding of APIs, integrations, request/response flows, and troubleshooting. Strong Technical Background
  • Prefer candidates with prior Development or QA experience who can understand application architecture and data flows.
Additional Requirements 8+ years as a Systems Analyst Requirements gathering and user story creation Relational database knowledge Data analysis using logs and monitoring tools Agile/Scrum experience Strong documentation skills Ability to work with business and vendor stakeholders Nice to Have Debit/Credit Card domain experience Mainframe knowledge Financial services background The project is part of the Wealth Cash Solutions
  • Personal Cards team, focused on a multi-year modernization and enhancement initiative for debit and credit card platforms .
The goal is to improve customer servicing, digital experiences (web/mobile), card program operations, and vendor integrations. This is a Senior Systems Analyst role that bridges business and technology teams by gathering requirements, analyzing data, documenting system behavior, understanding APIs and databases, and supporting delivery of new card-related functionality.
