IDR is seeking an Epic Systems Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is tailored for professionals experienced in hospital setting technologies, providing critical support and system analysis within the healthcare industry. The organization is known for its innovative healthcare solutions and commitment to patient care excellence.
Position Overview for the Epic Systems Analyst:
Responsible for developing, testing, maintaining, installing, and deploying Epic applications and technologies.
Provides consulting services to application development teams and customers regarding technology standards and system optimization.
Supports desktop and laptop Windows operating systems, hardware troubleshooting, and application monitoring.
Manages system imaging, network, and telecommunications support, including Active Directory group policy and security troubleshooting.
Collaborates with internal teams to implement and administer IT solutions, ensuring seamless technology integration in a hospital environment.
Requirements for the Epic Systems Analyst:
2-3+ years of Epic Systems Analysis experience.
Epic PB Certification at the time of submission.
Associate's degree in IS or BA preferred; HS Diploma considered with 3 years of relevant experience.
Highly experienced in hospital setting, ready to hit the ground running with minimal training required.
Strong troubleshooting, support, maintenance, and upgrade skills for assigned technologies and applications.
