Job Description

Forms & eContracting support Advent Resources is a leading automotive software company headquartered in the heart of downtown Fort Worth, TX, just steps from Trinity Park. With more than 37 years of experience, we deliver a comprehensive sales, inventory, and customer management (DMS) platform used by some of the largest and most respected automotive dealership groups in the country. Advent is seeking a highly motivated Forms & eContracting Support team member to support dealerships utilizing Advent's forms and digital contracting solutions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring dealerships can successfully process retail and lease transactions through accurate forms configuration, contract validation, e-signature, and funding workflows. You will work closely with dealership personnel, internal support teams, lenders, and third-party vendors to troubleshoot issues, maintain forms and contract accuracy, and support day-to-day eContracting operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with dealership forms, F&I, or automotive software experience who enjoys problem-solving, customer interaction, and working in a fast-paced SaaS support environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide phone, email, chat, and ticket-based support to dealership users utilizing Advent forms and eContracting solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to forms, retail and lease contract calculations, document workflows, e-signature, validation, and funding processes. Configure, update, and maintain dealership forms, PDF documents, and contract programming for retail and lease transactions. Review and verify contracts and forms for accuracy, lender requirements, and state compliance standards. Support Advent eContracting processes including eSign, eDocs, contract validation, and lender/OEM integrations. Monitor, prioritize, and document support requests while meeting established service levels and response expectations. Communicate professionally with dealership personnel, guiding users through troubleshooting steps and driving issues through resolution. Effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks, tickets, phone calls, and ongoing issues in a fast-paced environment. Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to investigate and resolve technical or workflow-related issues. Maintain clear and detailed documentation of customer issues, troubleshooting efforts, and resolutions. Assist with testing, implementation, and rollout of new forms, lender updates, and system enhancements.
Qualifications:
Automotive dealership, forms, F&I, contracts, billing, customer support, or technical support experience preferred. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn complex software systems and workflows. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable guiding customers through issues and explaining technical concepts in a clear and professional manner. Highly organized with the ability to document issues, resolutions, and customer interactions thoroughly. Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and learn new processes quickly. Experience with dealership operations, forms, contracts, or eContracting platforms is a plus, but training will be provided. Working knowledge of automotive softwares is a plus.
Pay:
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
