job summary: Our client, a premier energy leader in Houston, TX, seeks an Engineering Analyst to help build tomorrow's energy systems. Requiring a relevant degree (or 8+ years of experience), this role demands strong SQL and Power BI skills to safely optimize infrastructure connecting millions to power.
Partner with site teams, engineering, and IT to troubleshoot data discrepancies, resolve issues, automate workflows, and streamline reporting processes.
Extract and analyze Maximo data to generate actionable insights and provide predictive analytics recommendations that optimize preventive and corrective maintenance.
Develop and maintain intuitive dashboards, metrics, and reports using tools like Power BI to track asset performance, compliance, and maintenance activities.
Support Maximo configuration changes, upgrades, and data migrations while training staff on automated data entry and best practices for data quality.
