Systems Analyst (Houston, TX): Lead migration of legacy permitting systems to cloud-based solutions; collaborate with Licensing, Permitting, Customer Service, and Billing teams to optimize workflows; implement process automation and integrations with GIS and service request systems; serve as liaison between business teams and software vendors; document processes and translate requirements into user stories; define functional analysis and design with developers; lead cross-functional meetings; support QA and coordinate UAT, regression, and performance testing; provide training and production support.
