JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) Support Specialist to manage material master and vendor master operations within SAP environments. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, SAP expertise, and the capability to handle large datasets while maintaining data accuracy and consistency across various systems. Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain material master records within SAP.
• Validate quotes against product requests and ensure accurate product categorization.
• Process part number changes, material description updates, and OEM code modifications.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve duplicate records and material management issues.
• Monitor 10/30/90-day pricing expiration reports and coordinate updates with sourcing teams.
• Ensure consistency of master data across upstream and downstream systems.
• Support vendor master management processes across ERP platforms.
• Review ERP and sourcing workflows and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain contract compliance dashboards and shared mailboxes.
• Prepare reports and analyze data using advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables. Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of Master Data Management (MDM) experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Telecom industry experience.
• Knowledge of sourcing categories and contract lifecycle management.
• Experience working with ERP systems and master data governance.
