AB_4948603 Are you a data-driven problem solver who loves optimizing logistics? We are seeking an Operations Systems & WMS Analyst to serve as the critical bridge between our warehouse operations, IT, and data systems. In this role, you will be the site expert on our Warehouse Management System (WMS), driving efficiency, maintaining database integrity, and transforming operational data into actionable insights that cut costs and boost productivity.
Key Responsibilities WMS & System Administration:
Act as the primary technical support for site database operations; monitor system performance, manage control processes, and perform maintenance/backups.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
Design and implement spreadsheets, databases, and tools to analyze inventory, storage capacity, and freight flow. Deliver standardized and ad hoc reports for management and clients.
Process Optimization:
Conduct feasibility and cost/benefit analyses on warehouse processes and equipment to improve service levels and reduce operational costs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Operations to maximize system efficiency and coordinate directly with IT to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.
Training & Compliance:
Serve as the onsite WMS logic expert, training team members on systems and tools to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of related experience; 1+ years of supply chain/logistics industry experience preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel is a must) and experience with database management/analytical techniques (data sampling, statistical correlation).
Core Competencies:
Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and time management skills. Ability to collaborate across teams and manage through conflict with a positive, professional attitude.

$70,000•$85,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM•4 PM education:
Bachelors Responsibilities Essential Job Functions System Administration:
Serve as primary technical support for site databases and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Monitor performance, maintain system integrity, and perform backups.
Operations & Efficiency:
Partner with Operations to review procedures, maximize efficiency, and analyze process flows. Investigate new technologies and define database layout requirements.
IT Collaboration:
Coordinate with IT to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve site technical issues in a timely manner.
Data & Analytics:
Design spreadsheets, databases, and analytical tools to track storage, inventory, and freight flow. Develop standardized and ad hoc reports for management and customers.
Process Improvement:
Conduct feasibility, cost/benefit, and business impact analyses. Identify opportunities to improve service levels, reduce costs, and resolve data discrepancies.
Training & Support:
Serve as the site expert on WMS logic. Train staff on systems and tools to ensure SOP compliance and boost productivity. Other duties as assigned.
